We encourage you to listen to these recordings as much as you need. The more you listen, the more you will strengthen your birthing bubble. You can even listen to the recordings during your labour in order to help you relax.

SESSIONS ONE - INTRODUCTION TO YOUR BIRTHING BUBBLE

Welcome to the first of your hypnobirthing sessions.
In this session you will learn about self-hypnosis and creating your birthing bubble. This is a space you can access whenever you need to. Think of listening to this session as a rehearsal for birth. The more you rehearse how you want to be during birth, the more your mind and body will create a blueprint – so you can access this positive state and release any fears you have to help work with your body on the special day.
Hypnosis is a state of relaxation, you don’t need to be ‘put under’ like you might see on tv, it is a trust that you build between your mind and body, a state that allows you to relax deeper and deeper into your birthing bubble… a state that has you feeling good about your baby’s birth no matter what happens on the day.
SESSION TWO - DIALLING DOWN YOUR SENSES

In this second Hypnobirthing Session, we continue to build on your birthing bubble and introduce the idea of dialling down your senses.
Find yourself a comfortable spot, take a deep breath and relax.
SESSION THREE - LOVE SHIELD

In this session we will be building your love shield for your birthing bubble.
This love shield will protect your birthing bubble, filling it with love, positivity and light.
SESSION FOUR - ACTIVE BIRTH

This session is about active birth. To balance your birth muscles and help to encourage baby into the ideal position for birthing.
When listening to this session, try to find a comfortable spot either standing upright or sitting on a birthing ball. This is all about understanding and working with your body, grounding yourself and finding balance.
Take a moment to place your feet comfortably on the ground, feel the ground beneath your feet, shoulders relaxed. If you are sat on your birthing ball, make sure your hips are higher than your knees to allow your pelvic area to released and be free of tension.
SESSION FIVE - FEAR RELEASE

In this session we will be working to release any remaining fears or anxieties you might hold around birth.
Whilst pregnant, it can be common to be faced with lots of unwanted or unsolicited advice, birth stories and information that help to feed into fear.
This session is here to help you let go of all of this unwanted noise and focus on what really matters. Feeling confident and ready for meeting your baby.
