Vacancy: Part-Time Operations Manager
Job description
Over the past two years, LSW London has grown significantly, with products available to buy in several hundred retailers around the world. Its daily wellbeing journals, mindfulness cards and notebooks are available in over 25 countries - as well as recently being stocked by online retailer Moonpig and the leading high street bookshop Waterstones.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for a detail orientated Operations Manager to oversee shipping and organisation of our stock and orders from our office in Sunny Bank Mills.
As Operations Manager you will be responsible for packing all direct to consumer orders as well as all wholesale and corporate orders. Attention to detail is essential as this role will involve daily use of the Royal Mail Click and Drop system, packing up each customer order and shipping out the same day.
As a product-based business, the presentation/packaging of each customer’s order on delivery is one of the most important elements of our business. As such, we require our order packing to be done to the highest standard.
Responsibilities include:
• Use of the Royal Mail Click and Drop website.
• Daily handover of Royal Mail collection and UPS collection.
• Coordinating and overseeing product deliveries.
• Packing and shipping customer orders.
• Packing and shipping wholesale and corporate orders.
• Ordering packaging supplies.

Additional job details
• Location: Farsley, Leeds (Office located in Sunny Bank Mills)
• Salary: £20,000 Pro Rata
• Hours: Part time / 15hrs per week (3 hours per day Monday - Friday) / 37.5% FTE
