I am always a little dubious buying from Facebook ads however, took a gamble and so pleased I did! The journal and cards are for gifts so I haven't opened them fully, but just by appearance alone I have no doubt they will love them. Would recommend and arrived without delay.

Really impressed with my items, the wellbeing bundle arrived in excellent condition. Quality of the paper is brilliant, nice thick sheets, clear print and well made. I like that it is Monday to Friday too. The mind cards are great too and I can go on to use these again after the book has ended. The cards have different sections and are lovely, thought provoking but not over the top. Really pleased with my items, will be recommending and buying a few gifts too!
