How to use:Each day, select a card at random and use the prompt on the card to guide your journal entry for the day. Pay attention to any thoughts, feelings or motivations that come up when reading the prompt. Keep your journal somewhere easy to access, such as a bedside table or your desk, to ensure you write an entry each day.
The cards are thought provoking and can be used more than once as you answers change depending on what your day has been like and what your curren priorities are. I tend to go through the whole set, approx. a card a day, over a month and then shuffle and go through them the following month. Sometimes I find I need to select another card for a day because I don’t feel the one I have picked that day is right or it is too emotional for the day I’ve had. Highly recommend.

Really helpful when completing my daily journal - I have the mind notes journal. Both are really useful to reflect on the day and focus on what went well alongside what I can learn from what didn’t help my energy.
